Martial Arts Classes by Team Ascension Option to do two times a week or once a week Little Dragons The Little Dragons Martial Arts Striking Program is an exciting beginner-level martial arts class designed specifically for young children. Through age-appropriate instruction, students learn the fundamentals of striking techniques, including punches, kicks, footwork, balance, coordination, and movement patterns in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment. Date(s) for every Tuesday: November 3 - November 10 - November 17 - November 24 - December 1st Date(s) for every Wednesday: November 4 - November 11 - November 18 - November 25th - December 2nd Time: 3:15-3:45 PM Who: ages 4-6 Place: McGregor Band Room Cost: New participants: FREE for 1 day/week (have the option of paying $25 to attend both days), Returning participants from last year: $25/One day a week, $50/Two days a week Tsuguko The Tsuguko Martial Arts Striking Program is designed for students ages 7 to 10 who are ready to advance beyond the fundamentals and begin developing the skills, discipline, and mindset of a true martial artist. Inspired by the concept of a Tsuguko, a dedicated apprentice who trains diligently to master their craft, this program challenges students to grow both physically and mentally through structured martial arts training. Inspired by the meaning of Hashira, the pillars of strength and dedication within a martial arts community, this program challenges students to elevate their training and strive for personal mastery. Designed for all experience levels, BoxFIT delivers a challenging and motivating workout that improves coordination, burns calories, and develops functional strength in a supportive environment.
